Dr. Raja. B. Smarta is a Pioneer, Founder and Managing Director of a Management Consultancy firm - Interlink in Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals and Healthcare for three decades. His passion is to convert science into business. Academically, he is post graduate in Chemistry, Management and Ph.D. Professionally, CMC and FRSA and now he is guiding Ph.D students. So far, he has six Management and Industry books to his credit: On social front, he is the Founder, Chairman and Core Team member of Power to Lead- a values based leadership programme of Sampoorna Empowerment Foundation (SEF).
Dr. Ruth D’Souza - Program Director & Co-founder - Power to Lead
Dr. Ruth D’Souza is the Managing Director of INTEGREAT PEOPLE – a leading Corporate Training firm, specializing in helping Sales & Marketing teams develop THE EXECUTION EDGE. Academically, she holds a Doctorate in Management, a Masters degree in Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology. A certified management consultant (CMC), an advocate for ethical leadership, an avid researcher and writer. Dr. Ruth has worked extensively to develop values-based leaders in all industries. She writes regularly on leadership and management. She is also the Founder and Director and Core Team member of Power to Lead.
Fr. Cleophas Fernandes - Core Team member & Co-founder - Power to Lead
Fr. Cleophas Fernandes is currently the Parish Priest of St. Pius X Parish, Mulund. He has been the Director, NBCLC, Bangalore, and has served as a priest of the Archdiocese of Bombay for 35 years. Among his many Pastoral responsibilities he has been- Director of the Pastoral Centre; Rector of the Seminary for 8 years.
Fr. (Dr.) Keith D'Souza - Core Team Member & Co-founder - Power to Lead
Fr. (Dr.) Keith D'Souza, sj, is Professor of Philosophy and Religious Studies at St. Pius X College, the Archdiocesan Seminary of Mumbai. He is the President of the Association of Christian Philosophers of India (ACPI), and is on the Provincial Team of the Bombay Province Jesuits. Besides teaching and research in Philosophy and Religious Studies, he engages in pastoral and spiritual direction ministries. He is one of the founding members of Power to Lead.
Late Fr. Roland Fialho - Core Team & Co-founder - Power to Lead
Fr. Roland Fialho was the Spiritual Director at St. Pius X College, the Archdiocesan Seminary of Mumbai who had an experience of seventeen years in the corporate world before joining priesthood. He was the Coordinator of the "Ministry of the Word" Programme for the past six years. He was also a part of the "Emmaus Encounter" Retreat Team and was also the Moderator of Permanent Deacons.
Mr. Conrad Saldanha - Co-founder - Power To Lead
He is currently a Principal Advisor at Don Bosco Centre of Learning. His 30 years of work experience span multinational and Indian owner managed companies like Colgate-Palmolive (I) Ltd and “Wrangler” – DuPont Sportswear Ltd. He created and launched “Ascent” in The Times of India and is involved in training various employees of The Times of India on a continuous basis on courses like Personal Effectiveness, Team-Building, Conflict Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Selling and Presentation Skills as well as on Career Planning and other allied areas. Additionally he was one of the founding members of Power to Lead.
Fr. Harry Vaz - Co-founder - Power to Lead
Fr. Harry (Harold) Vaz is a diocesan priest, and former rector of St Pius Seminary and current Rector of Archbishops House. He has a BA in Psychology, a Licentiate (MA) degree in Biblical Studies from the Pontifical Biblical Institute in Rome and a Doctorate in Theology from the Institute Catholique in Paris.manent Deacons.
