Power To Lead aims to empower individuals to:

Discover their life's purpose, define their mission statement and clarify a vision for their lives.
Display leadership character by becoming true followers and disciples of Jesus and living by their values.
Equip individuals with the skills needed to lead in a modern world with its diverse challenges.
Prepare individuals for leadership by developing their understanding of the social context of our country, the social teachings of the church and the rights and duties of citizens.
Develop the courage to take a stand for what is right and refuse to be cowed down by one's fears.
Work towards a healthy work - life balance and use various methods to pray and study the Bible.
