Training: Starting a session, Introductions, Setting Expectations, Training Focus, Ground Rules, Trainer Skills – (Non-Verbal, Voice Modulation, Grooming, Questioning). The Power of PLAY
Post Training: Learning Evaluation, Making Feedback Fun, Conducting Assessments, Application using an Action Plan, Retention Tools, Fun Ways to Review Learning.
